The central university services have a comprehensive offer of training and careers support for postgraduate researchers. These include opportunities to develop a wide range of skills to support you from the start to the end of your degree and beyond.

The Researcher Development team at the Institute for Academic Development (IAD) offers a wide range of courses, workshops and resources to support you in your professional development.

Edinburgh Innovations is the university enterprise service for students and recent graduates. It offers opportunities to join the enterprise community, attend events, join a programme and receive 1-2-1 support.

The research data management team offer a range of training programmes on research data and research data management (RDM) in the form of online courses and, digital or in-person live sessions to help you manage your research data effectively and efficiently.
